At Paladin Engraving, we reserve the right to decline service or reject engraving requests for the following reasons:

We will NOT engrave:

– Content that includes hate speech, profanity, or explicit imagery

– Messages that are threatening, offensive, or promote violence

– Requests that violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws

– Requests that may cause harm to others or involve unlawful content

Custom Work Standards:

We reserve the right to refuse:

– Materials that are unsafe or incompatible with our equipment

– Projects that cannot be completed within our engraving standards

– Requests that fall outside our scope of work or turnaround ability

We will always communicate with professionalism and respect. If we decline a project, we’ll explain why and offer alternate suggestions if possible.
