🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the item’s size, weight, and destination.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
💲 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs at checkout.
Rates are calculated based on item size, weight, and destination.
Free shipping is not currently offered.
⏱️ Processing Time
Custom engraving orders typically ship within 2–7 business days after design approval.
Rush processing is available on select items for an additional fee.
📬 Delivery Timeline
USPS First Class / Priority Mail: 2–5 business days
UPS Ground: 1–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and volume.
🚫 No International Shipping
At this time, Paladin Engraving only ships within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.

Please allow for potential delays due to:
Carrier backlogs
Weather disruptions
National holidays
Unexpected carrier delays
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for third-party shipping delays.
📍 Local Pickup / Delivery
Local pickup is available in the Knoxville area by arrangement. We’ll coordinate a convenient meeting location with you. Local delivery is also available for qualifying Knoxville-area orders.
